And Huskies
With eyes of blue
Terriers
Pinschers
Shepherds too
Basengis
And Bassets
Chihuahuas
And Mastiffs
Poodles and
Oodles of
Mongrels--
It's true!

They're all at
The Dog Park
On a bright
Sunny Sunday
To run, sniff
And bark
And just have
A fun day

Akitas
As sweet as
Can be
Need to play
And even
The bull dogs
They must have their day
Each lab and each setter
Can find nothing better
Than to play and to run
In the fresh air and sun

Yes, they play
With their friends
And make lots of noise
It should be the same
For girls and for boys

Fresh air and warm sun
Can make you feel fine
They're for everyone
Not just the canine!
